At the Budin Law Firm, we provide our clients with the personal attention they deserve. All calls are returned within 24 hours. Everyone on our staff has legal training to at least the level of paralegal. We take the time to answer clients' questions and make them comfortable with the legal process, from presenting claims to the insurance company, to filing suit, through discovery and trial. Our extensive understanding of medicine and medical conditions allows us to present the gravity and full value of a personal injury claim to insurers, or to a jury. We do not wait to file lawsuits on serious injury/wrongful death cases. Our ability to comprehend and explain our client's personal injury is a reflection of our grasp of medicine and legal expertise.
We firmly believe, and it is our policy, that victims of negligence should receive the majority of monetary compensation generated from their case. Whether it is a small $5,000.00 workers compensation claim or a $5,000,000,00 car/truck collision we will always reduce our contingency fee to insure that our clients receive the majority of money awarded for their injuries. Additionally, we never increase our fees if we must litigate before your claim is concluded, And for no charge, we reduce, which is often possible, and pay off in full, your outstanding medical bills and always clear up your credit for you. Your case is never settled without your written approval. Because we rely on referrals from both past clients and attorneys, we ensure that our clients are more than satisfied at the conclusion of their case. Then again, when you enjoy what you do, you tend to do it well-and we do! While many of our clients are seriously injured, we make the processing of each claim as stress free as possible. Budin Law Offices-lawyers serving injured people.
